Washington Square is a nationally-distributed literary journal publishing fiction and poetry by emerging and established writers. Edited and produced biannually by the students of the NYU Graduate Creative Writing Program,Washington Square also sponsors an annual literary contest and hosts an annual benefit reading in New York City.
